It isn't necessary for lightnings to penetrate to a cave through its entrance, cave - atmosphere electric devastation can take place between fragments hidden under the ground of atmosphere and cave. Devastations of this type were often observed in the region of Ktevan closed caves of the Northern Armenia ( Lori region, Vardablur village). Such kind of devastation in a cave generate strong percussion wave. In caves, we can often meet halls, where stalactites and stalagmites are broken from the basis in a widespread way. Even a strong earthquake cannot be so destructive. Obviously, it is the result of a strong explosion as a consequence of a lightning percussion wave. This phenomenon is often met in Bears` cave of the Western Armenia ( Vaik region, Yegheknadzor ). The other way round, in Mozrov cave, which is not far from it, the phenomenon is almost absent. Obviously, because of Mozrov cave being situated deeper, cave - atmosphere lightning devastation are absent there.
