TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I am very pleased to recommend Henrik Pipoyan for this position. Henrik has been an invaluable person and friend to me during the four visits to Armenia over the past two years. Not only he is an expert translator, but also is an outstanding manager. In our work with agriculturalists through out Armenia many difficult arrangements were necessary to obtain permission to use and locate farmland for our test seedings of wheat and alfalfa. Henrik made these seedings possible from Stepanavan and Kamo to the Ararat Valley to Sissian and Goris. Henrik is a very pleasant person with whom to work. He remains calm and yet efficient when working in sometimes tense situations and with different personalities. He has always been gracious and helpful with a good sense of humor. Henrik is articulate not only verbally but also in written work. He has translated in writing and also composed letters both in English and Armenian that were very important in our work. I recommend Henrik highly and without reservation.
Sincerely yours, Monte
