Re: Letter of reference for Henry Pipoyan

I am very pleased to write a letter of reference for Henry Pipoyan.  Henry was an interpreter in the Ministry of Agriculture and worked with me in July and August, 1992.

He was the first person that I hired when I opened my office in late August.  I have found him to be very dedicated and enthusiastic office manager.  He is good planner and manager.  He handles the office accounts with accuracy and prudence.  He has learned to use the computer and is interested in learning how to improve his computer skills.  He is a very good interpreter and translator.  He is very concerned about the welfare of his office staff and is willing to make personal sacrifices for their benefit.

I highly recommend Henry, and would hire him again as office manager.
