Henrik Pipoyan has served as the main coordinator, facilitator and linguist for the Armenian Technology Group since 1989. During this period we have found him to be extremely effective in helping us to meet our needs in establishing working arrangements in Armenia.

During 1992-1993 he has received English training in London and has been sent to Washington, D.C. to become more familiar with the activities of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and to gain practical experience in the U.S.

He has worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture since August 1992 as office manager and as a coordinator/facilitator with Armenian governmental ministries.

In my opinion Henry has the ability to assume even more responsibilities.  I have found Henry to be reliable, helpful, extremely sensitive to cultural situations which require tact, and fully supportive.

He is not only extremely capable, but his pleasant personality will be appreciated by all he is in contact with.
