"Noubarashen Knitted-Goods" Open Joint Stock Company was established in 1958.
  The company was privatised in 1997. The company occupies a land territory of 2 hectares and a territory of 19000 square for production and storage.
  The Company is specialised in the production of women's, men's and children's outer clothing, and for that German "Textima" and Italian "Rimak" knitting machines of 7-14 classes are used. And 70 sewing machines are needed to sew the ready production.
  Besides, the Company has got a territory of 1500 square meters for knitting and sewing section. Modern machines are situated in that section, in particular:

1. 100 overlock machines of "Textima", "Juki", "Pfaf", "Rimoldi", "Yamato" firms.
2. 70 straight sewing machines.
3. 30 machines with two and three needles.
4. 20 different special machines for battens, pattern stitches, for cutting battens, for sewing loops and buttons.
5. Cutting-out section, with machines for cuting separate pieces and also for cutting details with templates.
6. 5 machines for ironing the production.
7. The Company has also got different equipments for hitching pushbuttons, buttons and other fittings.

  The Company is provided with its own high-volt two electric stations, with a separate boiler-house for heating, which works with natural gas (its work is possible with other kind of fuel as well), and with drinking and technical water lines.
  Our Company has collaborated with Canadian "Ives Martin" firm, with French "Temps de Paris" firm, with German "Maor" firm and with Russian different organisations.
  For the production ready printed threads as wool, half-wool, viscose, cotton and combinations of various kinds of threads are used. The knitted-good material needed for the production we receive basically from Turkey.
  150 models of outer clothing are produced in the Company. "Noubarashen Knitted-Goods Factory" OJSC can monthly produce 500 - 600 thousands underclothes and 30 000 outer clothing.
  For the export of goods a liberal customs system is operated in Armenia.
  All kinds of raw material provided for export and for exported ready production are free of customs duty.
  During the export the Company provides all necessary documents for the ready production (invoice, certificate, customs declaration).
