This paper presents a new method for the treatment of forearm supination failure after the injury to the motor branch of the radial nerve. We suggest the brachioradial muscle transfer for restoration of the active forearm supination. The operation technique is precisely described.

The potential use of this method and postoperative results are also elucidated in a case report.
