Yerevan, ArmeniaThe development of the stimulation methods of osteal regeneration is a complicated problem. The certain successes in a solution of this problem are obtained in case of local influence on the reparative regeneration by means of the osteal alloplasty. The development of a science in this direction resulted in intensification both the theoretical, and practical working out for application as a plastic material for the osteogenesis stimulation the demineralizated osteal transplant, called the osteal matrix. To search of effective methods for obtaining of osteal matrix, permitting to save a high level of stimulating effect both of inductor itself and all active components, we study a possibility of sterilization and preservation of osteimatrix transplants by a method of ozonization. Osteal matrix was prepared from the linear rut's femur via CTO method; the part of transplants was sterilized by 2,5% solution of ammonia, other - by ozonization. The osteal matrix before preservation was subjected to a bacteriological research. In two series of experiments on ruts, under the conditions of ectopic implantation, the processes of resorption and substitution of osteimatrix transplants were investigated by means of histological and histochemical methods. It is shown that transplants, undergone to ozonization, do not lose their osteoinductive ability, and its reorganization within the ectopic focus realizes by a type of enchondrial osteogenesis. The work on elaboration of exposition terms of ozonization are doing to obtain the greatest volume of newly formed and organized bone, and also the terms of preservation of these transplants. Obviously, the suggested method of sterilization is economic, is high ecological and is most sparing among the nowadays existing chemical methods of tissue sterilization and preservation.
