Here is a copy of the earlier document submitted to ISO. Some of it
is now out-of-date, but putting it on-line will help people understand
the ISO/SARM process.

Here is a copy of the document that I wrote to support the
next submission to ISO (at Mike Ksar's request). I suggest that
it be explained that this reflects the limitations imposed by
Mike Ksar as Chairman of WG2, and the fact that ROA had not yet
achieved P status on that committee. In this way we can build
support for the work (organizational and technical) achieved so
far, but also let interested parties know that they now have
channels for asking questions and for making suggestions.
